Most chain cafeterias are inspired by North-American models, or rather they adopt cold, hi-tech interior designs, based on plastic and steel. Chiaroscuro Concept instead refers clearly to the real Italian tradition. The design is inspired by the decision to recuperate all the most representative elements of the typical Italian cafeteria: the shining white tiles, the light wood, the copper, the coffee silos, the glass shelves and so on.
